IRS Determination Filing – received exemption letter 1/13/22 – officially a 501c(7). We are allowed to receive up to 35% of our income from nonmember sources

Use of Wild Apricot for Events, adding additional administrators – no action

Equipment Loan Policy – MLZ – waiting for feedback at quarterly Regional Club Committee mtg in February

New business: 

Bigfoot getting done next week for February – send any info to MLZ

By-Laws – amend to allow for virtual meetings, meetings outside of 25 mile radius – set up committee to review

Call for nominations from the floor for Board positions, if none then slate will be accepted as submitted by the Nominating Committee
