IRS Determination Filing – received notice that the 990N I filed in January was rejected because our determination hadn’t been received by the database yet. Working on calling IRS to rectify

Use of Wild Apricot for Events, adding additional administrators – no action

Equipment Loan Policy – MLZ  - did not get any input from other Regional Clubs. 

By-Laws – amend to allow for virtual meetings, meetings outside of 25 mile radius – set up committee to review

New business:
